Nicknames
Allowing users to choose Nicknames or Aliases to post under has 2 completely different advantages. Firstly it can help build some fun into your online community by allowing people to change their default display names to something a bit more friendly. Secondly if you want people to be able to post and build a reputation but hide their actual identity - Nicknames is a way to allow this to happen.
