BDC Calendar Web Part
The BDC Calendar Web Part from Lightning Tools allows you to plot your date information on familiar calendar user interface with an easy configure web part. Allowing users to display their date related line of business information on a calendar allows users to make quicker more informed decisions.
As well as plotting a title users can also link to BDC actions such as viewing the BDC profile to see the full entity data, or linking to a search engine to query for further information.

How does it work?
After adding our easy to deploy SharePoint Solution to your SharePoint 2007 Farm you can simply add the BDC Calendar Web Part through editing a page and selecting the BDC Calendar Web Part from the Web Part gallery.
To Configure the web part open the web part toolbar. From here you can select which Line of Business data you want to show, and then select which fields from your Lob system are the start date, end date, and title to write on your calendar. Finally if your BDC entity has any actions you can tick a box to display them also.
