With the Lightning Conductor Web Part you can either rollup SharePoint List items and Documents from a particular Site and its Sub Sites, an entire Site Collection, or across Site Collections. To rollup list items from a particular site, using the LCWP property pane choose the Show items from the following site and all subsites option. You can then browse to the required site using a tree view control of the site collection.
Alternatively, you may just want to obtain a specific list. You can choose the ‘Choose items from the following list’ option and browse to a list in the same way. This list can be obtained from anywhere in the Site Collection.
